Freedom also means privacy. Your privacy is very important to Lume Traveler. We adhere to privacy laws in Europe. This means that your personal data is safe with us, and we always use such data properly. In some cases, we process your personal data outside the European Economic Area. This case refers to data storage of our e-mail database at Mailchimp. We comply with this party’s privacy policy and do not take any additional measures. In this privacy statement, we explain what we do with your information and personal data. Use of personal information

When you use our website, we store data for optimal use of the website (cookies). We may combine your personal data to find out more about you, for example, if you follow us on social media. We do not store this information any longer than necessary. When you enter personal data on a form, for example to receive e-mail newsletters or to make an appointment, we save this personal data in our own secure database or with a company with which we have a processing agreement. They will only use this data for performing a specific action, such as making an appointment with Lume Traveler, not for any other purpose. We will never sell your data to third parties.
You can subscribe to our e-mail newsletter. This is sent out several times a year. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Every e-mail newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. After unsubscribing, we will remove your e-mail from the e-mail database. If your personal data is also present, for example for an appointment or because you are a customer, we will not automatically delete it, because it is still relevant for that purpose.

If you no longer require a service, you can always tell us.
