As Supply Chain Manager, you’ll ensure that our international supply chain runs smoothly and that materials and parts are available for our production facility in Holten at the right time, with the right quality, and under the right conditions.
What We’re Looking For
- You are fluent in Chinese. In addition, you are fluent in spoken and written Dutch or English.
- You have demonstrable experience in an operational procurement or supply chain role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- You have experience with international logistics, suppliers, and organizing the transport of industrial materials and components.
- You can plan and monitor purchase orders, delivery times, and inventory levels, and you have knowledge of international transportation processes and documentation.
- Experience with an ERP system is important; experience with Exact Online is a strong plus.
- You possess technical insight and can thoroughly understand product specifications, materials, and components.
- You are organized, meticulous, and a strong negotiator. You are not afraid to address suppliers when agreements are not met.
- You are proactive, decisive, and solution-oriented, and you feel at home in a small, growing company where you can help shape processes.
